We are immediately hiring a Customer Service staff for a company providing online alcohol and drug addiction treatment.

Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid break)

Client Timezone: EST (night shift)

Job Description

​Customer Service - Front Desk

Answer inbound phone calls from established or prospective patients.Assess, allocate to triage, or escalate to clinicians if concerned about a patient on a phone inquiry. Explain a bit about who we are, what we do, how it works, etc to prospective patients. (Adequate Training Provided)Obtain demographic information from interested patients, register in computer systems, and provide relevant information on bookings, appointments, doctor selection, allocations, and waiting procedures.Verify the patient's health insurance eligibility/benefits.Communicate between patient, doctor, and 3rd party providers (ex: pharmacy or laboratory) about a patient's care (ex: lab testing, refill requests, transfer of care)Ensure client confidentiality and privacy is maintained under relevant legislative and legal requirements.Maintain a high level of accuracy when recording and maintaining patient, clinic, and service information.Maintain confidentiality of company operational, personnel, and financial details as well as patient privacy.Monitor orders task lists and complete assigned tasks.Ensure that all incoming email, faxes, and patient requests are accurately opened, allocated, and assigned.RequirementsMedical Virtual Assistant experienceCustomer Service experienceExcellent English communication skillsGood phone etiquetteHighly organized
