Customer Service - Front Desk
Answer inbound phone calls from established or prospective patients.Assess, allocate to triage, or escalate to clinicians if co

bout a patient on a phone inquiry. Explain a bit a
bout who we are, what we do, how it works, etc to prospective patients. (Adequate Training Provided)Obtain demographic information from interested patients, register in computer systems, and provide relevant information on bookings, appointments, doctor selection, allocations, and waiting procedures.Verify the patient's health insurance eligibility/benefits.Communicate between patient, doctor, and 3rd party providers (ex: pharmacy or laboratory) a
bout a patient's care (ex: lab testing, refill requests, transfer of care)Ensure client co
nfidentiality and privacy is maintained under relevant legislative and legal requirements.Maintain a high level of accuracy when recording and maintaining patient, clinic, and service information.Maintain co
