Responsibilities:

Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products sufficient to respond to most customer queries and complete a normal pay runFully understand payroll services being offeredPrepare and deliver responses to Invitations To Tender or other Proposal documentsPerform demonstrations of the products / payroll services to potential and existing customersMaintain records of calls made, letters written, visits and the status of sales opportunities

Requirements:

Proven track record of sales, preferably of payroll outsource services, HR software, or HR servicesDemonstrated time management skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionA high level of literacy, numeracy and communication skillsFormal Education or Degree holder
