Prepares and submits Skilled Worker DTRs and payroll and prepare summary report to Outsource Field Supervisor.Reports all necessary concerns and assessment in Safety issues.Initiates and maintains ample good seed quality and refrain from potential pests.Provides fumigation schedule/timetable as part of seed sanitation and pest control.Initiates good housekeeping in clean and dirty working area.Responsible of proper usage and keeping in various seed preparation and postharvest operation equipment.Prepares weekly manpower forecast needed to cover his respective program.
