JOB SUMMARY: 

To supervise, coordinate and control activities involved in the warehousing of Finished Goods, Raw Material, Spare part and Scrap in accordance with the warehousing system and procedures of the plant. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1. Supervises the Finished Goods, Raw Material, Scrap & Stores sections covering warehousing activities.

2. Manages the day-to-day operations of the FG, RM, and Scrap & Stores section from receipt to issuance.

3. Ensures inventory accuracy of all items in the Warehouse sections at all times.

4. Ensures that deliveries, receipt, and issuance are properly accounted for and documented by reviewing all receiving and issuing transaction reports.

5. Monitors the shelf life of the items in the Finished Goods Warehouse Section, items that are non- moving and for disposal.

6. Monitors the inventory level of all items in Warehouse Sections.

7. Reviews and approves other transactions from receipts to issuance.

8. Determines unit’s operations system and procedures in accordance with overall company policies and supervises the implementation of such policies promptly.

9. Coordinates the implementation of the unit’s objective through the organization and delegation of responsibilities to subordinates.

10. Monitors day-to-day activities and outputs of his/ her subordinates and ensures that target are met.

11. Coordinates with other departments on various issues.

12. Supervise Warehouse helper & Forklift Operators. 

13. Practices 5S in the workplace.

14. Meets with his/ her subordinates to identify and resolve problems.

15. Performs other duties and activities that may be assigned by his superior.

16. Monitors workflows, systems and procedures.

17. Maintains high morale, promotes teamwork and motivates the department’s personnel.

18. Safeguard / protects the company’s image. 

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): material handling, procurement, storekeeping, inventory control, purchasing control, engineering materials, parts of machinePreferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
