Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.Required skill(s): MS Office.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:

Plans the logistics activities as requested by the end user to ensure its completion within the set lead time.Coordinates with project PED with regards to the availability of service vehicles.Sources out local external haulers in cases where in-house vehicles are not available.Ensures the quality of transport, hauling and freight services being availedNegotiates transport, hauling, freight costs to lower expenses.Processes purchase order (PO) when availing the services of external haulers.Coordinates with project Warehouse for the schedule of incoming deliveries.Monitors the status of on-going deliveries by communicating with in-house/external haulers.Ensures that the proper documentation of logistics activities are observed.Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
