Checks and monitors the status of incoming shipments.Checks the accuracy and completeness of the shipping documents.Records the shipment details in the importation record excel file.   Filing of marine insurance per shipment not insured abroad.        Coordinates with insurance provider the marine insurance request.    Coordinates with Brokers for customs clearance of shipments.Provides the latest arrival status of shipment to concern Department.Prepares estimated and actual landed cost.Prepares Receiving Report for direct shipment.                                                                  Segregates and forwards the shipping documents to the Brokers for customs clearance and Purchasing Department for inventory and payment to supplier purposes.Monitors the arrival of shipments and delivery up to destination.         Checks and reviews the accomplished Checker’s Receiving Report.Coordinates to the Warehouse Personnel for the incoming shipment.Reviews the charges of the Brokers and the Insurance provider.Records all the Official and Acknowledgement Receipt provided by the broker and truckers to avoid double charging.Applies SPS Permit w/ the Bureau of Plant & Industry.Coordinates with assigned broker the renewal application of BOC Registration Certificate.Prepares and monitors Supplier’s claims.Prepares Summary of Billings from Brokers.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Customs Administration or related courses.Experience in brokerage or Forwarding company is an advantageWith good organizational skills juggling various tasks With excellent communication skills (both oral and written)Proficient in using Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and ExcelWith good interpersonal abilities and compatibility in medium sized company/ workplace With strong drive and motivation Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
