Job Description:

In this position, you will keep track of all company’s stock movements through planning and liaising with key personnel and relevant supplier/manufacturing contacts. The individual will be well-versed in supply chain management principles, be customer-oriented, and have advanced

communication skills to ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and timely delivery of stocks.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external customers.Balancing incoming stock (supply volumes) against customer ordersPlan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirementsIdentify and resolve potential issues and disputes relating to supply chain activitiesWork closely and ensure good communications with other team members across the company, including the supply chain team, customer services, and sales department.Assist with import and export documentation and permits of products and work with suppliers to follow customs clearance guidelines.Answer and respond to general enquiries from suppliers, customers, or transportation companies professionally and courteously always.Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with all company policies, applicable legislations and reflect “best practice”.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

3+ years of proven working experience in logistics and/or supply chain.Well-versed in supply chain management principles and practice.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple competing priorities.Strong planning and organisational skills.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
