YOUR TASKS AND RESPonSIBILITIESGuide and train people in order to build a capable, functioning team by ensuring a cross-trained and multi-skilled, proactive teamAccountable for people management duties ensuring activities are met based on agreed timeline/goals of the SSOProcess champion and leader for assigned functional team.Drives and leads the team to conduct sessions to Identify innovation and continuous improvement and come up with tangible business results through individual performance, sharing best practices across teams & SSOs.Streamline activities by benchmarking with other Supply Chain Management teamsDrives specific measures to deliver functional process operations and objectives on SSO levelActively seek feedback or input from the team to come up with suggestions about the global functional process operations policies, procedures and organizational setup in line with functional leadership and Supply Chain Management guidelines.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Supports the Team Lead in the end-to-end process execution of selected Supply Chain Management processes, including but not limited to: Forecasting & Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Coordination, Material Master Data Management and Product Change Management in accordance with group, divisional and functional strategies.Supports the Team Lead in leading country Supply Chain Management process operations, including performance management and continuous improvement. Is accountable for timely, compliant, qualitative and cost-efficient process operations.Support and fill in for the Team Lead whenever needed to ensure effective organization of regular telco’s with local stakeholders. Follow up and resolve issues and escalations from internal and external stakeholders on a timely manner. Collect compliments and improvements and share within the team through an open feedback culture.WHO YOU AREUniversity degree and a post graduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline7 to 10 years experience in the life sciences or FMCG industry, preferably leading a supply chain management function in a country or regional settingStrong legal entity and business experienceVery good skills regarding leading and development of employeesStrong management skills and good change agentVery good communication and presentation skillsExcellent English skills, another language advantageousKnowledge of IT systems, MS Office and SCM tools (e.g. SAP ERP, SAP APO)Proficient at operating in multicultural environmentsProven ability to manage staff effectively in a regional organization, energizing and enabling teams to achieve outstanding results.Digital mind set and knowledge in emerging digital technologies (e.g. RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT etc.).Experience in operational excellenceResourceful & high degree of independence and proactiveness.Strong team playerHighly motivated, structured and able to handle stressful situations
