The Role: Supply Planning & Order Replenishment Manager
This role is an essential supporting and coordination link between Customers, Sales, Ops, Finance, GSC Control Tower, Procurement and Planning Teams and 3PL.
You will manage the team & develops the competencies of both the Supply Chain Planning & Replenishment team within the region. Champions the use of appropriate methods, tools, and technologies within the team. Also, the regional responsibility is to support the planning and order fulfillment team through a defined Escalations Process.
Spearheads the continual monitoring of parts and orders and regular updates to all parties are a key function of this role. Monitor EDI transmissions and work with 3PL on critical order execution as well as various reporting functions to support monthly KPI measurements.

nDrives regular planning and inventory reviews to improve collaboration and forecastingActively Drives Process improvement activities within the region and with Peers using the appropriate channels including Skills Networks, community tools and the Global SC teamsManage the day-to-day activities and tasks of the replenishment and order processing team. Prioritize tasks and help provide resolutions for issues and escalations raised by our stakeholdersCommunicate and liaise all information between Procurement, Operations, Sales and Bid TeamServes as the primary focal point for the Business Unit team interaction and is the 1st level of escalation after an order has been generated, up to the resolutio
