EMAPTA is looking for a stellar Supply Chain Coordinator to join its dynamic team!Primary Tasks:Demand Plan:Take responsibility and be accountable for preparing the Demand Plan for the Rufus & Coco and Rufus and Coco Global businessesStock & Supplier Management:Update stock on hand of both finished goods and components (bags, bottles, etc)Ensure stock balances match in the system to our 3PL and manufacturer balancesPrepare suggested orders to meet target stock levels as defined from time to time Ensure suppliers meet committed ETA’sPrepare Weekly Out of Stock Reports.Ensure where stocks are likely to be out or are at risk to be out that sales are advised as early as possible.Manage the orders received from export customers, PetValu, Freedom Pet, MML, etc. & ensure orders are placed on suppliers ASAP, subject to checking to ensure accounts are not overdueUS/Canada orders, invoice processing, packing slips, etc. managing relationship with Tricon and CentrePoint as well as freight forwarders to the North America market, currently Aviation FreightLogistics/ FreightUpdate suppliers’ production ETAUpdate sea freight ETAManage inbound freightEnsure freight costs are minimised. Container utilisation as well as ensuring order planning is in place such that no air freight is necessary to replenish stocksWork with freight forwarders to ensure timely collection and transportation of goods.Create and manage all stock orders, ensuring required manufacturing and transport dates are met.Ensure freight forwarders sea freight arrivals are communicated and where necessary planned with our 3PL providers in Australia, New Zealand and the US as well as our Agents in Canada to ensure stock is available as soon as possible appropriate elements to our systems as well as partner systems such as our 3PL system, currently SmartHub.Additional Tasks: o Communication - Support other departments queries in relation to our stock position such as sales.o Attend Ops L10’s preparedo Files Ensure product master files are kept up to date, including adding all Develop trusted relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL providers.o Relationships - Develop sound working relationship with suppliers, external agencies, consultants and fellow team members as required.o Where the Finance team require additional support in other areas due to annual leave, illness or some other reason, you will assist as needed.Manage other tasks as directed.You should have:o Good English communication skills o MS Office, particularly Excelo Analytical and detail orientedo Super organizedo Ability to work with limited supervisiono Ability to multitasko TenaciousKey requirements:o Experience in supply chaino With over 3 years of experience in related experienceo Systems Experience
