Job Responsibilities:
● Draft and review contracts/agreements/terms & conditions related to financial company
activity.
● Conduct legal research on matters extending but not limited to legal articles, laws and
judicial decisions.
● Provide legal and administrative support in creating legal and corporate documents,
creating policies for financial and legal matters.
● Maintain and report statistics of reports of matters assigned to.
● Provide assistance in the collation of documentary requirements related to financial
concerns
● Communicate with clients and gather necessary documents to comply with the laws.
Qualifications:
● Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Public Administration
● Must have more than one year experience in legal administrative field.
● Proficient with Microsoft Applications especially (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
● Can able to work with minimum supervision
● Preferably with a background in FinTech (Financial Technology) field.
● Knowledge on corporate / legal documents and international laws is an advantage.
