Job Description:

Draft opinions, correspondences, and advisories on legal, compliance, and data privacy, matters.Support various units of the organization by providing advice during meetings and conducting research to address inquiries.Negotiate, draft, and review contracts to manage risks while enabling transactions to move forward.Research and prepare reports on latest rules and regulations of administrative agencies.Authoritatively coordinate with external counsel to speedily handle cases and concerns.Prepare and submit regulatory documents related to corporate governance and privacy.Coordinate with and appear before various government agencies.

Qualifications:

​At least three to five (3-5) years experience in legal, compliance and/or data privacy functions.Excellent formal writing and verbal communication skills is a mustLiterate in Office Applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)Resourceful in online research.Organized and attentive to details.Team player.Knowledge in compliance and data privacy are preferred.Willing to work in St. Luke's Quezon City and Bonifacio Global City
