Job Description
MISSION FOR THE JOB- Drafting, Review, and leading negotiations of a variety of outsourcing contracts with customers around the world.- Identify the risks in any contract and liaise with internal teams to mitigate;- Contract Risk Management including monitoring compliance of the contracts- Identify non-compliance issues, provide implications, suggest available courses of action and support their resolution.- Strong business and organizational skills are required and the ability to multi-task with operational and finance teams on various aspects of contracting including strategizing and management of litigious issues.- Drafting, reviewing contracts/ agreements with global vendors and service providers for identifying and reducing legal risks.- Interacting with internal teams and negotiating with vendor to conclude vendor contracts.- Ability to handle and swiftly respond to complaints, including police complaints, and manage litigations, including review of plaints, written statements, etc, with effective coordination with external lawyers.Provide legal opinion/advisory on various queries and issues with the aim of reducing, as far as possible, dependence on external experts. The nature of role will be broadly as under-- Provide legal counsel and support to business operations on a global basis.- Drafting, Review, and leading negotiations of a variety of high value outsourcing contracts with customers around the world.- Identify the risks in any contract and liaise with internal business teams- Contract Risk Management including monitoring compliance of the contractsStrong understanding in and grasp on Healthcare related regulatory issues.- Identify non-compliance issues, provide implications, suggest available courses of action and support their resolution.- Strong business and organizational skills are required and the ability to multi-task with operational and finance teams on various aspects of contracting including strategizing and management of litigious issues.- Provide general legal awareness training to various business teams- Drafting, reviewing contracts/ agreements with global vendors and service providers for identifying and reducing legal risks.- Interacting with business teams and negotiating with customers to conclude vendor contracts/ agreements. Creating templates for various types of procurement contracts, agreements.- Ability to handle and swiftly respond to complaints, including police complaints, and manage litigations, including review of plaints, written statements, etc, with effective coordination with external lawyers.
