Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide specialized support for internal and external customers for our client.

· Employment Type: Full Time
· Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
· Work Set-up: Hybrid set-up, 1-2 days per week onsite after 1-week onsite training
· Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 40,000+

Requirements
· Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related course preferred
· Work experience: At least five years of proven experience in an English-speaking customer support role. Experience in handling AU accounts is a plus!
· Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
· Tech-savvy and a fast learner
· Able to make inbound calls and talk to customers if needed
· Working knowledge
· Customer Support Experience
· G-Suite, and CRM software (Zendesk)
· Soft Skills: Exceptional interactive skills, organized, client-centered, problem-solver mentality, can balance workloads, can multitask, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
· Provide end-to-end admin help to real estate campaigns
· Provide support on a wide variety of requests via phone, email and slack
· Attend training to learn how to answer customer queries about Real Estate Sales and legislation over the phone
· Foster rapport with Australian Real Estate Agents/Brokers
· Liaise with Australian lawyers during various stages of property sales
· Draft print advertising (marketing assets) for property campaigns using digital tools
