You will:
Be entrusted with handling large and several corporate accounts while ensuring the client’s service satisfaction and retention.Provide support to clients by learning and satisfying their insurance needs.Identify and analyze risk exposures through an in-depth review of policy and the client’s background.Ensures client retention by providing quality customer service.Serve as the company representative for their handled accounts.Facilitate issuance and renewal of insurance policies of handled accounts.Mo

ments.Prepare proposals/quotations of various lines for submission to clients.Coordinate with insurance companies for the rates and approval of proposals/quotations.Issue and authenticate the COC (Certificate of Cover) policy/Cover note.Booking of invoice/debit credit notes.Ensures accuracy on all details provided regarding the policy and is also should be within the Fair Market Value.Coordinates with Claims Department for immediate claims processing.Preparation of transmittal of policy notices to clients for delivery.Follow-up unpaid accounts.Mo

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s /College Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Has 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Renewals, and Collection in the Insurance/Financial Industry.Able to establish rapport with clients and business partnersGood communication skills in both verbal and writtenExcellent interperso
