For new clients, you will provide a tailored experience to our clients through virtual demo calls and meetings to introduce our product offerings. Understand the client’s use case and liaise between our professional services and product team internally to develop a service and product plan for the client.
You will work alongside a global team of Customer Success and Sales team members motivating them to ensure the highest standards of attention and service. Along with forging strong relationships with Client Success, Sales and Product Management to deliver a world-class support and product experience.
