Job Description

We are seeking a communicative candidate, who is proactive and passionate about cultivating and retaining strong relationships with our existing portfolio accounts. For new clients, you will provide a tailored experience to our clients through virtual demo calls and meetings to introduce our product offerings. Understand the client’s use case and liaise between our professional services and product team internally to develop a service and product plan for the client.

You will work alongside a global team of Customer Success and Sales team members motivating them to ensure the highest standards of attention and service. Along with forging strong relationships with Client Success, Sales and Product Management to deliver a world-class support and product experience.

Client Success Responsibilities:

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisBe the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersHelp customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetingsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metricsUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsProvide input to our product development roadmap based on client feedback and competitive insights.Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsMonitor and analyze customer's usage of our product

Sales Responsibilities:

Manage an end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing the dealBuilding and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewalsWorking with our Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients Ensure that all communications with prospects and clients are documentedShare acquired skills and knowledge of competitor or complementary products with the team.Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

The “Must Have” we are looking for:

Someone Located near Leyte area and willing to travel to visit our portfolio clients in that regionRemote Work or WFH experience minimum 2 yearFluent in English, Tagalog and WarayExperience in a B2B SAAS Sales roleExperience working across a variety of enterprise customersProven account management or other relevant experienceAble to work with a global remotely distributed team

The “Nice to have” Skills that would help you in this role:

Have access to your own vehicle to visit our clients on-siteKnowledge or experience with local government accountsKnowledge of data privacy compliance (PCI, GDPR, HIPAA etc.)
