Why Are We Hiring?

Our AU-based team is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist (Digital Campaign / Digital Marketing) to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities (70% paid marketing and 30% organic).He/ She will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of all paid search/remarketing and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on across all channels in order to maximize ROI.

Job Description:

Manage end-to-end campaign setup, campaign launch, account optimization across Google Ads, Display, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Remarketing.Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.Track, report, and analyze analytics and campaigns.Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share for client portfolio.Develop and implement link building strategy.Implementation and management of campaigns, bidding adjustments, keyword targeting & removing negatives.Making sure campaigns are constantly reviewed in terms of structure.Provide insights, recommendations, & strategic advise.Able to provide end of month reporting - SEO/ SEM and social ad management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience in digital marketing or account management role and BS/MS degree in MarketingGenuinely enjoys problem solving challenging issues with clientsStrong attention to detail is a must – when you review a campaign build before launch, you must be able to identify even the smallest of issues; from typos through to landing page issuesHighly process-driven – can create and/or follow a brief to exact specification, and effectively use a project management software to track progress and updates from across our team.Proven SEM experience and success managing campaigns across all platformWell-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketingExperience with implementation and management of search, remarketing, and display campaignsKnowledge of keyword research and data mining toolsAble to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industryComfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basisHave the ability to multitask, work towards deadlines and prioritize tasks effectivelyDatabox and SEM Rush knowledge is a plusExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsSelf-directed and able to work without supervisionMust have the ability to work as part of a teamStrong customer and presentation skills

Research and analyze competitor advertising links Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
