To manage our SEO activities and execute the SEO strategy in line with the company mission, digital team and Head of Digital. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our website, category pages, product pages.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an eCommerce SEO Specialist to join the team. This is an opportunity to cement your solid grounding in various SEO skills and display your practical experience in eCommerce marketing development. You play a pivotal role ensuring SERP traffic is directing the right people to land on the right page. You will be required to ensure best practices and emerging trends are combined, measured, and continually adapted to meet KPIs. CameraPro is a fun and respectful place to work. To Bring the CameraPro Brand to Life through all our external communications.Ensure all SEO objectives and results are met in line with CameraPro goal and mission.To work towards constantly improving our rank and keywords representation and to pursue the best SEO implementation and set-up in the market.

SEO Management:

To maintain CameraPro SEO ranking and drive better ranking and increase in organic revenue.To optimize web pages, create internal linking, update meta description and meta titles, improve Structured data and rich snippets, help fix SEO issues in Google Webmaster Tools.Reach and exceed target KPIs for organic search results with focus on SERP position, Search Share, keyword ranking. (performance bonus for meeting SEO KPIs)Keep the site health to a minimum health rating in SEMRush by fixing structural error and mistake and optimizing pages by looking for content gap and keyword/internal linking opportunities.Keep errors and warning to a minimum rating in SEMRush Increase the amount of relevant and positive referring domain

Website Update:

Perform keyword research for each core products and make sure we are always targeting the right keyword for each products. Optimize new product pages based on keyword research, internal linking.Identifying long tail keywords that generate sales, advise on how to implement and gain market shareExperience in copywriting highly regarded.Optimise product pages on an ongoing basis to always look for new opportunities and improve page ranking Optimise and publish pages for new product on the day of product releaseIncrease the website content to increase search results visibility and keyword ranking

Reporting:

Produce ranking report, competitor analysis and identify SEO and content gap.Identify challenges and turn them into opportunities by offering a solution and path forward.

Strategy:

Work with the Head of Digital to strategise ahead, plan an execution plan and implement the solution to increase ranking and revenue from organic channel.

Team:

 Provide support to the CameraPro Marketing Team as required 

Design Efficiency & Process Improvement:

Qualifications/Experience:

At least 2-year experience running SEO in an ecommerce environment.Experience managing SEMRush (or similar tools) to gather data and information, organize it in a visual way and identify opportunities base don report. Turn data into action!Experience managing Google Webmaster Tools, toxic backlink management, web issues, crawl, robots.txt file and sitemap.xmlBasic knowledge of web development (html is a plus)Advance knowledge of SEO SERP positioning, improvement, page structure and all aspect that could affect a page ranking and authority

Skills/Competencies:

SEMRush or similar toolsGoogle and Bing Webmaster ToolsGoogle AnalyticsRich snippets and structured dataBacklink and toxic link managementExperience in ecommerceGood English and writing skills, must be able to work as a teamExperience in copywriting will earn bonus points!
