PURPOSE:
The position exists in order to generate sales via digital sales channels: company owned channels (website, socials-FB, IG, messaging-viber) or marketplace with the objective of achieving the sales target within the limits of company policies, guidelines and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
College graduate of any 4-yr course.2-3 years of work experience in merchandising, product, marketing, sales/tele sales, or customer service operations, preferably in a telco or e-Commerce/retail environment.Experience working within a rapidly growing eCommerce business or experience with web analytics for an o
nline retailer or similar o
nline business is a plus.A firm grasp of modern technology and eCommerce tools is essential for this role.Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager and other third-party solutions are a plus.

nsible for achieving sales targets through larger roadmap initiatives and reacting to the daily business with optimizations and course corrections (i.e. conversion, bounce rate, site speed, checkout, mobile, etc).Proactively mo
nitors the status of leads and initiates triggers to co
nvert applications to installations from whatever phase these leads are stuck at.Supervises the digital sales agents and ensures adherence toperformance metrics and co
ntribution to the overall objective of the team.Analyze complex data sets to develop actio
nable insights that can drive impactful business decisions (website traffic analysis, co
nversion analysis, etc.) and partner with digital marketing partners to drive traffic and manage tracking, integrations and experiential solutions.Produce regular reports on company financial and operatio
nal performance and key performance indicators.
