Responsibilities

This role is responsible for building and activating insight-driven audience profiles to create effective and engaging consumer experiences. This person is the champion of the use of segmented and personalized communications to drive better reach and engagement across our brands and categories.Implements and monitors performance measurement activities.Monitor the execution of agreed programs, tasks, and deliverables within the set time frameConsult with business heads to discuss possible performance metrics and strategies aligned with corporate goals.Establish and maintain the Company’s financial modelConsolidate analysis and insights for the monthly/quarterly performance review reports of the CompanyPerform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

Management Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Economics/Accountancy/Finance Major/Marketing backgroundWith 1-2 years of work experienceHighly analytical and data-drivenHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Google SuiteSpreadsheet/Database managementAbility to simplify complex informationCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident in effectively interacting with management
