Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Store Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the assigned Nespresso Stores. This person will continue reinforcing the fundamental values of our brand and adherence to the International Retail Operating Guidelines in the region. He/she will ensure that each Club member receives service in perfect conformance with Nespresso standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures smooth store operationsTrains team with proper product knowledge and ensures all staff are trained in accordance with company expectationsMotivates team to perform the daily tasks and achieve monthly sales targets and achieve individual sales targetResponsible for Inventory Control and management and ensuring accurate stock movementEnsures maintenance of an appealing visual merchandiseResponsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly reportsSafe keeps and files important documentsMonitor sales and profitability progress of the area, as well as Nespresso Club member registrationsConducts regular meetings with Team members to disseminate important information and address operations-related policies, systems, and proceduresEnsures all company rules are followed and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relative to products, process andEnsures that quality systems are maintained and observedIdentifies and records any issues relative to the products, processes, and/or quality initiates recommends, and provides solutions through appropriateChannels and verifies implementation of solutions; and confers with other departments to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practicesPerforms such other tasks that may be given from time to time relative to the position. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least three (3) years of working experience in Retail SalesMust have extensive knowledge in product sellingHas great interpersonal skillsMust be independent, collaborative, assertive, creative, and results and goal-orientedExperience in FMCG or luxury brands is an advantageWilling to work different shifts on holidaysWilling to work in Quezon City
