STORE OPERATION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated store supervisor to manage our retail store. In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and finances, and controlling the quality of products and services. You may also be required to evaluate the job performance of Branch Employee

1.Monitors day-to-day store operation through remote and in-person support management in the scope of

A. Daily sales performance vs. targets

B. Stocks availability (inventory position), ordering cycle, expiry and reimbursable requirements

Sales reporting, remittances, and deposits

C. Daily expenses vs. petty cash and sales

D. Branch concerns and personnel compliance

2. Reviews store compliance and conducts regular store audits and delegation across branch personnel.

3. Coordinates with Finance and Accounting Department re financial and accounting transactions of stores in reference to accounting compliance requirements.

4. Coordinates with Supply Chain in reference to stocks ordering, and fulfillment of branches.

5. Coordinates with Business Development in reference to marketing activities and directions, and franchise operations requirements.

Requirement

·      A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or equivalent qualification preferred.

·      Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.

·      Extensive experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.

·      In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
