Storekeeper oversees the daily shipment arrivals in baseco Logistic yard/warehouse. He/She is accountable for the data keeping of items which arrives and is sent out. The scope extends to taking charge of the time the yard equipment is used and the manpower leave/schedule allocation and works of similar nature together with the Logistic Manager.
Storekeeper Responsibilities:
• Keeps a record of in- and outgoing items and restocks the store accordingly.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean, organized and optimize space utilization in the on-site.
• Keeps records of the arrival and departure time crew and staff
• Compute total hours including overtime worked by all staff and employees working in the department.
• Coordinates with HR for submission of daily time record reports
• Keeps records of the running hours of the machinery engaged at baseco Logistics Yard
• Various admin works, assisting the logistics team
• Receiving incoming stocks, tools, equipment and raw materials in the assigned company project site
• Preparing documentation and dispatching items for pull-out
• Managing, organizing and releasing stocks, tools, equipment and raw materials in the onsite warehouse using logbooks, issuance slips.
• Label, maintain, organize items and ensure that items are intact, in good condition and stored properly
• Prepare and complete item requests, orders for delivery or pull-out forms for return of items to the company warehouse
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly receiving and releasing reports.
• File and document all delivery and pull-out receipts.
• Create incident reports together with the safety officer in case of loss of materials or items. In-charge of investigation, crafting strategies and implementing strategies to recover lost materials and items.
Store Keeper Requirements:
• Team player
• At least 3 years of experience in construction is required.
• Experience with Word, Excel and Windows
• Work location: baseco Logistics base
