Job Description

GIGAHERTZ COMPUTER SYSTEM is currently looking for a Branch Manager. Applicants MUST be amenable to work at  GIGAHERTZ STA. MESA and nearby areas. We offers competitive compensation package ranging from Php 20,000.00 – Php 25,000.00 plus monthly incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      The Main responsibility of the Branch Manager is to hit Sales Revenue Targets by learning the Gigahertz Sales Process and Training the 3 to 5 Sales Personnel under him or her to make sure they comply with all elements of the sales process thereby insuring they hit their individual sales targets.

2.      Aside from Sales, the Manager is in charge of other functions including but not limited to:

a.      Attaining Service Revenue Targets

b.      Ensuring the Integrity of Store Inventory and other Assets

c.      Compliance to Accounting Department guidelines on Cash handling and government permits.

Qualifications:

1.      The number one thing we look for in a Branch Manager is Trainability

2.      The number two thing we look for is the ability to Train and Motivate subordinates

3.      A passion for Sales and Customer Service

4.      Experience leading a Sales Team toward a difficult sales objective
