Automobile Sales Consultant - Electronic Vehicle Specialist

As a WM Motor Mobility Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of the electric vehicle industry, promoting our finest product with technologically advanced features. 

Mobility Consultants are primarily responsible for maintaining good customer relations with potential buyers and targeting sales for electric vehicles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers in showroom, as well as through outbound sales activitiesTaking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations, and organizing test drivesHandling and closing transactions with customersAccurately logging activities on the internal lead management systemDelivering/releasing sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referralsConducting business development and networking activities to generate salesActively identifies ways to meet ideal prospectsPerforms Quality Control before handing over a vehicle to the customerEnsures a pleasant handover with the detailed orientation of the vehicle to the customerProvides updates on insurance policies, LTO registration status, and platesDiligently updates customers with their next service check-up and insurance renewalsEstablishes business relationships with customers for feedback gathering for customer relations initiatives and process improvementsExtending assistance with other team membersRepresents the dealership in scheduled sales, marketing, and customer loyalty programs during holidays or Sundays

Qualifications:

Candidate must be at least college undergraduate/graduate of any Automotive Technical course  with background in engineering and/or sales; college degree is a plusWith background in automotive salesMust have an inclination towards latest technology and gadgets, particularly in electric vehiclesMust have driver's licenseWilling to work fulltime onsite
