History:
Aerophone Enterprises & Co. was officially registered with SEC on November 11, 1997. After its establishment, the company became an exclusive dealer of EXTELCOM (Express Telecommunications Co, Inc.) in October 1997, EXTELCOM acknowledged Aerophone as the sole distributor for the development and distribution of its prepaid service in the VisMin area. With this accreditation, the company opened several outlets in Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Ozamis and Davao City and was recognized by EXTELCOM as the best Performer on a national level. In 1998, Aerophone decided to close its outlets in Mindanao. Despite the economic crisis, Aerophone managed to get back on its feet with the boom of the mobile phone industry in the country. The company started expanding its services by incorporating other networks like Globe, Smart, Piltel and Islacom.
Today, more than a decade later, Aerophone is a multi-carrier company that sell a wide range of all the latest gadgets, accessories and variety of other products from different local and international brands located in Malls nationwide. The company also provides comprehensive after-sales service that includes repair, enhancement, and even tips on proper gadget use. Aerophone has come a long way from its humble beginnings to numerous branches currently operating in Metro Cebu, Metro Manila, and even branches to open soon.
