Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

   Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.   At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.   Retail experience is a MUST with Visual Display experience   Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.   Applicants must be amenable to work in our soon-to-open store in SM City General Santos.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management (Leading and motivating team to reach store monthly sales goal of the branch.)Cash Management (Ensuring compliance of all cash handling standards and procedures.)Merchandise ManagementMaintains store cleanliness and ensuring full stocks clear price tags and promotionsPeople Management (Recruiting, training, developing, scheduling and supervising teams as well as designating task and responsibilities)Support Requirements (Coordinate and attends monthly meeting with mall administration and support groups for any branch concern)Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
