The sales executive will be in charge of generating sales for product umbrella of Yale and ASSA ABLOY branded door hardware. His/her main deliverable is to generate and follow up leads for the door hardware market and ensure the favorable sales is generated for the company.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
• Coverage of door hardware market for projects and/or retail side.
• Generate sell out for both Yale and ASSA ABLOY products
• Channel to Market activities like product presentations to local architects, contractors, and developers
• Collect and submit in timely manner relevant market information like competitors updates, pricing and other significant and valuable insights gathered in actual discussions with channel partners
• Provide timely reports, updates, and presentations (business reviews) as may be required Qualifications:
• With demonstrable experience in projects, retail sales, and preferable in the building materials industry
• Exhibits strong effective verbal and written communication, selling and relevant marketing skill set
• Has the willingness to travel out-base as may be required business purposes
• Skills in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus
• Graduate of any marketing course or equivalent
