Be part of our team!We are currently accepting applicants for the following post:Customer Service SpecialistJob Description:Ensures correct product knowledge on 3PP and Apple Accessories.Ensures that the branch has correct quantity and displays are well arranged.Checking and monitoring of products and ensuring these are correct and updated.Order 3PP and Apple accessories stocks.All 3PP and Apple accessories discrepancies must be resolved.Act as the first point of contact for the Service Desk.Log, categorize, and prioritize all issues or requests raised by users via the Service Desk. Investigate incident tickets to identify potential first-time fixes.Regularly track progress of open incidents and keep end-users updated with actions on their devices 3days update to the clientdocument and maintain knowledge scripts for new and existing incidents.Released and closed the repair in GSX.Education and Licensing Requirements:HS/College levelPreferably with 1 year of experience in Customer ServiceOrganized, efficient, reliable, supportive, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
