Job Description:

Provides administrative support to the Account Management TeamDoes general research, logistics, and project based workResearch new market opportunitiesMap out potential customers & competitorsDetermine unmet needs and market structure (channels)Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospectsCoordinate with marketing, sales, and technical groups to facilitate marketing functions (i.e. brochures, trade shows, etc.)Provide status reports to management on overall sales and marketing activitiesCreate and modify documents using word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Organize filing systems and maintain hard copy and electronic files.Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Coordinate travel (air/land, lodging, etc.) to and from marketing related conventions and conferences and events.

Help organize procedures for and execute on the following project-based work:

· lead contacting and qualification

· prospect/client database/information update

· research and analysis

· marketing collateral development

· marketing/lead-generation campaigns

· research and purchasing for advertising in various media

13. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals

14. May perform other duties as assigned and required

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year courseat least 6 months of work experience preferredBasic knowledge of office administration and business communicationsGood working knowledge of office software – word processing, spreadsheet, presentationsOrganized and AnalyticalCan start ASAPBackground in the IT industry is a plusWFH Arrangement
