Job Scope:
This job directly reports to the Store Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day Phone-in, MySuki and online channels, Institutional Accounts, and Off-store activities. This job works closely with the Selling Department Supervisors for stocks availability while maintaining good customer engagement and to ensure customer retention.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or any business-related courses Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Sales, in retail industry or similar duties
