Requirements and skills
Ø Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Ø Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone.
Ø Provides assistance on telesales campaigns.
Ø Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Ø Ensures business handled is in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines and comply with all law, regulatory and audit requirements
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ø Persistent and results-oriented.
Ø Able to train telemarketer.
Education and Experience:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ø With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Telesales team lead preferably in a BPO or shared service center servicing through voice, non-voice, or social media platforms.
