Perform regular call outs to new and existing clients/accounts a
bout client's products and servicesUnderstand client needs and provide solutions appropriate to their co
ncernsDevise and formulate sales solutions. Understand and demo
nstrate knowledge of the market trends and competition. Respo
nsible for the acquisition and co
nversion of new accounts thru calls and Webinars. Co
ntribute to the team’s business performance by achieving KPIsExpected to deliver at least 3 to 5 hours of talk time per day to do account management and offer necessary solutions to client's concerns.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. At least a minimum of 1-2 years of telesales and customer service of pure telesales experience. Must have knowledge of various financial products and services. Must have presentation skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Must have excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service skills; cool-tempered and able to take feedback from clientsSelf–learner and resilient.
