Bollore Logistics is looking for a motivated team member as Sales Support Specialist to be joining our Operations team in Cebu. Being in the position you will be responsible for the daily sales activity and in assisting our Filed Sales Team on quotation and other related sales activity.
You will be assisted by the members of our other team (trucking, customer service, sales, procurement, billing team …. ) to ensure operation excellency.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Ensuring 90% closed/secured business thru RFQ.Ensures to submit RFQ prior to its deadline and start of the business transactions.Ensuring that all transactions to be processed remains legally compliant.Ensuring that all sales activities/transactions are carried on appropriately; with effective cost-profit technique.Ensuring quality performance to meet the KPIs and to avoid penalty and surcharges.Analyze the transaction, plan and coordinate with operations team.Coordinate operatio
nal solution with the team for effective cost-profit technique.Provide solution for advance quality of customer service.Assist and provide operation solution/info and ideas to clients in order to secure business.Positive thinker and aggressive to achieve the target and objective of the branch as a whole.Provides mo
nthly KPI meeting with Operation to ensure all client's requirement are meet.Mo
nitors status of Corrective and Preventive Actions, if required.Mo

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Graduate of BS Customs Administration; Transport management or any 4years course.Has minimum of 3 years working experience as Customer Service and/or Sales Assistant in an Internatio
nal Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Shipping company.Has working experience on project cargo, is plus factor.Has working experience with overseas counterpart and agents thru excellent communication.Rates negotiation from 3rd party suppliers.Was able to handle customer complaint without any penalty.Generate sales leadsExcellent communication skills, both written and oral.Has good decision-making ability and solution provider.Has excellent understanding on shipping incoterms.Has knowledge & experience in Export and im
