Role: Marketplace Data Governance Specialist

Account:

The account is an Ecommerce/ Feed optimization service (Small to medium scale business). The company optimizes product listing in all marketplaces/ social media sites.

Job Summary:

Will monitor product data feed import/exports error alerts while adhering to the account's best practices for troubleshooting. This person will also be responsible for reviewing Marketplace accounts to ensure overall health - escalating any concerns within the predetermined timelines.

● Follow best practices to ensure quality solutions are consistently delivered to our clients

● Ability to do basic troubleshooting and determining the root cause of a problem

● document work and update open requests appropriately

● Prioritize tasks, including managing ticketing system queue, emails, and other responsibilities

● Meet deadlines as set by direct managers and team leads 

● Use resources appropriately, adhering to policy and best practices

● Update client databases to adhere to marketplace requirements

● Troubleshoot and resolve order automation errors

● Identify and implement an automated and dynamic solution when possible

● Meet client SLAs expectations

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of working experience; ideally with Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Target, etc) or quality assurance experience

- Experience with monitoring systems and queues for quality or data inaccuracies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- MS Office/ GSuite
