Our client is an Australian based eCommerce company, trusted and foremost business. They are looking to hire an exceptional eCommerce Content Coordinator / data entry specialist to assist their team. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for uploading new marketplace product to the client’s website. You will have a sense of urgency, ability to prioritise and have a keen eye for detail. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues in the eCommerce and Customer Care teams as well as our network of trusted vendors.
This role is perfect for a process driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
100% remote, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Australian time.

What you would do in this role:
• Manage product upload to the brand websites, ensuring information and imagery is accurate, including brand creation in CMS.
• Ensure product and content is accurately represented and optimised for the customer journey.
• Allocate hierarchy codes.
• Assist with adhoc tasks.
Skills and Attributes:
The more common skills and attributes that are required for this role include:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills; proven ability to work to set deadlines, and efficiently satisfy competing workload demands.
• Strong attention to detail; proven problem-solving ability.
• Strong computer literacy; Google search in Gmail, fluency in Microsoft Excel and Excel keyboard shortcuts with an aptitude and desire to take it further, intermediate Microsoft Word, Google Sheets.
• Strong work ethic; with a proven ability to produce high quality work.
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
Experience and Industry Background:
• 2-3 years ecommerce experience, this could include customer service with web stores on platforms like eBay or Amazon, including back-end website experience.
• 3 years’ experience using Excel at an intermediate level.
• Copywriting experience.
