The sales executive will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving online tele- presentations, and attending online events, it’s essential that our sales rep be dynamic, personable, and professional. #weneedu #EmpowerUKey AccountabilitiesExplain the Company’s product to prospects, applicants, and clients with the objective of converting the party to the next stage of the on-boarding, sales, and retention process. This will require interaction by telephone, email, live chat, social media, and webinar.Respond to prospect, applicant and client requests in a timely, clear, accurate and professional fashion and observing the Company rules of confidentiality.Troubleshoot prospect, applicant and client account sign-up, deposit, trading platform set-up and account access problems with the objective of converting the party to the next stage of the on-boarding, sales, and retention process.Monitor and store prospect, applicant, and client feedback, highlighting both positive and negative feedback to management with the objective of improving onboarding, sales, and retention process conversion.Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales target through the successful implementation of sales strategiesAdhere to work requirements such as talk time number of dials, and more importantly, compliance.  Requirements:2 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services industry essential and 5 years of Sales ExperienceFluent in English spoken and written to a high degree essentialExperience in Financial Services Industry, where you converted leads into funded accountsAmenable to graveyard schedule, weekend, and holiday work.If working at home, candidates are required to have a conducive work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection of at least 25mbps.Skills and Qualifications:Client focused; looking after the interests of applicants to ensure their requirements and expectations are met or exceededEffective communicator; articulate, confident, and able to relate to and create trust with ease.Planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detailAchievements and results driven; the desire to get things done well and the ability to set and meet challenging goals, create own measures of excellence and constantly seeking ways of improving performanceResilient; delivers a consistently high-level of performance irrespective of whether, on a given working day, you are on or off site, have travelled to an event and / or are working remotely from other colleaguesAmbassador of the brand; promoting the Company internally and externally.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAn ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
