JOB OBJECTIVE:
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure achievement of agreed KPIs for the assigned Area/TerritoryExcellent execution of Cycle Plan Programs – from cascade to implementation to liquidation of claimsEnsures optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for reach expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of respo
nsibilityProvide market intelligence , relevant information observed from trade regarding products, territory (channel, customer, shopper) development, and competitive activitiesEnsures that the sales agents has the right infrastructure to efficiently cover the assigned territoryCo

Experience/ Skills/ Qualities required:
