Job Description

GoTeam is seeking a Financial Assistant Planner. The duties of the Financial Assistant Planner include processing client files, preparing advice and annual reviews, preparing and submitting Superannuation reports, and assisting Advisers with marketing presentations. 

You will work with an Australian financial services provider who helps business owners and individuals meet their financial objectives by guiding them through wealth management, retirement planning, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning. 

In this position, you will be:  

Implementing of Advice Planner. Handling client files and preparing reports. Ensuring compliance with advice, superannuation fund, life insurance, and endowment policy requirements. Analyzing and preparing client briefings for review by financial advisers. Supporting the Advisers by assisting with an annual review of advice plans. 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:  

Must know about Australian Superannuation and Self-Managed super funds. Must have excellent client interaction skills. Must have experience in Financial Planning Administration. This is a pivotal role and requires someone meticulous, switched-on, and 100% client-focused. Accounting knowledge is a plus but not a must. Preferably with experience in lodgment and implementation of Advice, processing client files, and preparing reports. Preferably experienced in supporting Australian Financial Advisers by assisting with annual reviews, super, investments, and insurance research in preparation for the review process.
