Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
§ Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing client accounts
§ Meeting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Revenue Targets
§ Effectively help the team of salespeople, to manage a full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting
§ Managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
§ Focus on understanding the organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points, and map possible solutions
§ Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations
§ Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
§ Calling to establish new opportunities
§ Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management
§ Leveraging CRM to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
§ Developing and maintaining prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
§ Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing team for the end users and channels
§ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and understanding their needs
§ Ensure high-quality customer experience
§ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
§ Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution
§ Hire, motivate, coach, and provide training to increase productivity and skill sets of the team
§ Provide detailed reports, opportunity management, quotes, and forecasting, as well as feedback to management
§ Work with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
§ Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
§ Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
Required Skills/Experience:
§ Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, or subscription-based product to a diverse customer base
§ Experience with selling to enterprise companies is an advantage
§ 4+ years of management experience
§ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field
§ Large account management or project management experience is an advantage
§ Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies
§ Passion, drive, and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and the clients
§ Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills are a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)
§ Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
§ Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
§ Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
§ Strong time management skills
§ Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
§ Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
§ Strong time management skills
§ Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
§ Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
§ Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and other tools
