Overall purpose of the Job:
1. Implement sales and technical services program to meet and exceed overall business goals.
2. Conduct basic lubrication seminars for key accounts.
3. Manage existing accounts and develop new OEM customers
Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic lubrication, safety handling and other technical seminars for new and existing OEM and industrial customers nationwide.
- Handle after-sales services such as used oil analysis and customer complaints resolution.
- Submit comprehensive report on customer complaints.
- Develop and secure new OEM and industrial customers and effectively manage existing accounts to achieve overall business goals.
- Conduct product testing to prospective accounts.
- Conduct lubrication survey and provide value analysis proposal
- Perform regular market survey to understand market situation, trends, customers changing requirements, and competitor activities.
- Assist in launching of new products and upgrading of existing products.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate must have at least seven (7) years of working experience in technical selling and business development, with experience in the petroleum industry. Having basic knowledge and background in automotive and industrial lubricants is an advantage.

- Works independently with self-discipline under minimum supervision as an established key point person for assigned accounts
- Strong customer service and results-oriented
- Knows how to drive and with active professional or non-professional driver’s license.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
