Conceptualization/ Ideation for local community executio
nCreation of Marketing Plan/ Deck & Marketing Budget tailored for their mall.Manpower management must be equipped to manage Housekeeping and Special Unit on-site for campaigns, inventory, and upkeep of branded or tagged assets.Coordination and building rapport with local government units, communities, organizations, clubs, press, influencers, and other media outlets.Will coordinate with suppliers for various mall needs (vendor management) and work with Purchasing.Keen on asset managementAdept at visual aesthetics, and does set-ups and visual display execution (tenant clusters, in-mall collaterals, signages, etc.) together with the Visual Display OfficerMay do editing on social media, and video apps/platforms and will be able to speak the social and o
nline language.Prepares advertising plan – print, tv, radio, PRWill do meetings and presentations with tenants, suppliers, vendors, customers, and other partners.Administrative tasks as assigned per mall.Womb to Tomb approach – concept, deck, budget, omnibus (activation/ads/social media/tenant support), post report.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Graduate of Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Liberal Arts or similar, from a reputable institution.With at least 1 year of experience, or fresh graduate with student leader credentials.Familiar with various social media platformsAdept in basic Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Programs (Photoshop/Lightroom)Knowledgeable in any editing app or platformAble to work in a diverse team, as a collaboratorExperience in staging eventsHas basic copywriting skillsFamiliar with Canva, Crello, and other creative apps/platformsHighly resilient and agileCan work under pressureHas good communication and presentation skillsCandidate must be willing to work in Cebu City
