QUALIFICATION

Eligibility:

RA 1080 (CPA)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Preferably with Graduate Studies

Training:

Business of Banking; Supervisory Skills Development I and II; Risk Management; Financial Management; Philippine Financial Reporting Standards; Taxation and Government; Fiscal Policies

Work Experience:

5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking operations with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position

Competency:

Fit and proper for the position, with due consideration to integrity/probity and diligence; Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills, good problem-solving and analytical skills
