Job Summary
This person shall manage and handle the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees.

Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.Assist the executive committee in creating, growing and building an industry leading organization.Drive company results from both an operatio

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field is a plusProven experience or at least 8 years professio
nal experience at an executive level or COO or similar leadership roleExceptio
nal executive presence, business acumen and presentation skillsExcellent organization, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsEffective communication and negotiation skills
