Job Description
Client Services OfficerJoin our client-partner who is an award-winning Mortgage Broker located in East Victoria Park Australia, with a dedicated focus on achieving the very best customer service outcomes for their clients. They have a close-knit team consisting of 2 mortgage brokers (including the Director) and 3 loan administrators.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Loan Administrators with data entry & office responsibilities (including general customer service tasks).Review income documentation, client information & statements.Complete bank application documentation, serviceability calculations and any necessary property valuations within the internal lender systems.Ensure compliance procedures have been followed.Manage applications through to settlement ensuring any deadlines and customer expectations are met.Maintain CRM within Nexus and update customer notes/opportunities.Complete client annual reviews as instructed.Contact clients via phone/email to maintain relationships & build rapport, as well as inform & delivery necessary communication.Desired Skills and Exprerience3-5 years of relevant experience in supporting Australian Brokerage and/or Lending Firm.Proven experience in an office or administration role.Finance/banking data processing experience.Professional & pleasant spoken & written demeanor.Neat and professional appearance.Strong customer centric focus.Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office.Detail Focused & Highly Organized.Ability to learn quickly & remain calm under pressure.Self-motivated & proven time management skills.Think on your feet and priorities responsibilities.Team player, self-motivated & able to work autonomously.Learned or natural sales skills.Proficient in MS Office Applications, and Mercury/Nexus is a plus.Commercial/Business Finance experience (not essential).What's in store for you?5-day work week following AU business schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM WAST)Observance of AU HolidaysPrime location in EMAPTA office and access to top-of-the-line facilities and technologiesExposure to world-class, high-level management from foreign direct superiorsHMO coverage plus 1 dependent or mutual fund upon hire.20 leave credits at your discretion with up to 5 days commutable to cash upon regularizationUnlimited Gym Access (PNB and SFS office)Career Development Opportunities:Hands-on training provided by AU teamEmployee engagement activities
