We`re seeking candidates with excellent people leadership skills and business acumen to develop the functionality of our recruiting operations and to guide extensive and diverse recruiting processes.
Location: Manila (Remote)
Working Days: Monday — Friday
Working Hours: 20:00 PM — 05:00 AM
Salary: $600 — $1200 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Filling positions within an organization.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Handling administration and record-keeping.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidates.
Preparing job offers.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant ** Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
Knowledge of labor laws
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases
Knowledge of social media and professional networks
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English.
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Job Requirements:
You have 2−5 years of experience in the HR Department.
Must be proactive and detail-oriented as well as possess strong organizational skills
Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
