Job Purpose
The HR Administration Team Leader is responsible for managing his team and for strengthening its performance by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client’s environment and preferences, and by committing to quality of services and achievement of Service Level Agreements. To this end, the HR Administration Team Leader may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, reporting and data management, and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the quality of the services. The main tasks of the HR Administration Team Leader, however, is to proactively seek opportunities so that his/her team to deliver efficient and high-quality service, notably by streamlining processes, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics and developing the services delivered.

Selection Requirements and Profile:
University Degree; Certification in HR an assetGood command of English; French language skills an assetExperience and/or certification in Project Management and/or Change Management is an advantageExcellent customer service orientatio
nComputer proficiency, including Microsoft suite and working knowledge of HR information systemsMinimum of 3 to 5 years’ proven professio
nal experience in HR administratio
nMinimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a shared services enviro
nmentKnowledge of and experience in HR services, including workflows, processes and key performance indicators
