Our company is looking for an HR Specialist for Recruitment with the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree relevant to human resources, organizational psychology, and the like.At least 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, or similar role for various positions.Adept in managing the whole recruitment process.Reliable knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels.Reliable knowledge of behavior-based structured interviewing and profiling.Open to be based in Mandaluyong City and be assigned to different branches in Metro Manila in special cases.Strong foundation in MS Excel.Good communication skills: assertive, confident, and professional.Quantitative and analytical skills: keen attention to detail and accuracy.Catalyst of change.Loves animals/pets.
