​Job Summary:Aids in ensuring fluidity in the conduct of selling transactions in all active projects through the implementation of well thought out on-site systems.Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and greet all site office guests, identify their needs and provide the solutions based on the guidelines provided by Head Office.Provides logistical support to sales activities of Agents thru High Quality services to Agents & Prospective Buyers,Updates & encodes data transaction information.Maintains desired level office & logistical supplies required.Validates and evaluates valid prospective buyer walk-Ins.Monitors agents manning at the site.Provides agents project related information,Providing inputs for the improvement of processes.Provide Agents Portal support services as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in any field.Preferably with at least 1 year experience in customer service or sales administration.Must be a team player, people person, and flexible.Has above average communication skills and can adapt and follow instructions and directions.Proficient in basic MS Office Applications.
