Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for end-to-end general accounting tasks and in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and will be an asset to the accounting team. Duties will include but not limited to keeping and managing records of financial transactions for group companies and general clerical with project-based work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field, CPA is preferredAt least 3+ year experience in Australian accounting, and bookkeepingStrong working experience with Australian Payroll & Accounting softwareProven working experience as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable BookkeeperExcellent knowledge of Microsoft software, G-Suite and other business software systems– extensive knowledge in either Xero Tax, Xero, XPM, and other relevant accounting software systemsWorking knowledge in GST, BAS, IAS etc.Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principlesHas a proactive approach to business and technologyExcellent written and verbal English communication and interperso
